With the completion of the work officially over and many of our boxes unpacked, Noa and I have finally had the opportunity to really settle in to our new home and enjoy all the hard work you and your team put in to this project.
I knew when we began work that this renovation project would be a challenge to any builder. We were trying to get our home back into shape after a fire - and we had a very, very short timeline.
You and your crew met this challenge with great success. You were able to work well with us and our architect, sharing your many years of experience and insight from the many job sites you have overseen.
The finishes were done with an eye for exacting detail and you stood behind every aspect of the project.
At every step of the way, be it making sure all the tradesmen were here and sticking to the timelines, or producing detailed schedules with explanations of the work and itemized receipts, you were well organized and prompt. You were also very fair with us when changes were needed.
Though many people find a home renovation to be stressful and taxing, thanks to you and your professionalism as well as sensitivity, we were able to weather what could have been a very trying time with the feeling that we were in good and trustworthy hands.
