Well its not often a customer is delighted to provide a reference letter for their residential contractor. We have entrusted not one, but two renovations with David Generali, over the previous seven years.
 
The first was a smaller reno, focused mainly on the basement, followed by your typical eight month gut/expansion of the rest of house, in 2007. Both times, David and his crew demonstrated a high degree of professionalism that led to a happy client. Tenders were well thought out and presented in detail (he wasn’t the cheapest of the most expensive) actual costs were within 10% of the original budget and timelines were accurate from the original tender quotes.
 
David was onsite on a daily basis, always available for consultation on the multitude of questions that arose. He was very objective and emphatic in dealing with the smallest of problems and always seemed to find a reasonable solution.
 
My only regret, there’s no more work for him to do!
