He is capable and highly skilled, and able to find solutions to small as well as large problems. We found him thoughtful and reasonable, and perhaps most important, honest to the last penny. A man of real integrity, he was consistently courteous and respectful not only to us but to all the workers he supervised. We will be recommending him to all our friends and family.
The renovations in our condominium included electrical work, plumbing, painting, wood floor refinishing, opening and adding walls, and closet modifications. All the way through we received excellent and reliable service delivered in a way that made us feel that we were fairly and intelligently treated for every detail of the job. Prices were fair and clearly specified; with charges broken down into individual expenses, and any variations from the original quote clearly explained.
As an additional bonus, David follows up even the minor repairs, including a small list of work done subsequent to the original renovation. In the past it has been difficult to get small jobs done. Now, I know that even if the work I need is minimal, as clients we now have a reliable contractor for life.
We cannot recommend David Generali highly enough to anyone who needs a contractor. We are so happy with the work that was done, and appreciate the professional, meticulous and efficient way it was done.
